Your payment starts the engagement. A detailed company and brand intake is emailed to you promptly after checkout so we can learn what your business is, what it offers and how you want it to look.
After we receive the completed intake, we present five guided visual directions within two business days. Each direction shows a potential logo, company wordmark and font choice, color scheme, and mascot approach when requested. The direction boards are concepts, not finished vector files.
Choose one direction and the seven-business-day production clock begins.
If none fits, one guided hard reset and five replacement directions are included.
The $500 starter payment is non-refundable because onboarding and creative work begin immediately. It applies to the $4,000 total if you continue. No card is saved, and the remaining $3,500 is never charged automatically. View terms.

For vehicle and sign mockups, we use the reference images you provide. If you don't provide them, we'll choose or create suitable images based on the vehicle model and year or business setting you identify.
Your Website Homepage
We send your five initial directions within two business days after receiving your completed intake. You choose one, then the seven-business-day production clock starts. Business days are Monday through Saturday.
The homepage is a working preview, not an owned Brand Starter file. We host it for 14 days so you can judge the work. If you continue, it becomes the foundation of the complete website. If you stop, it comes down.
Pay $500 to begin. Your intake arrives by email shortly after checkout. It covers your company, services, customers, website needs and brand preferences.
We present five directions within two business days after your completed intake. Choose one, or use your included hard reset for five new options.
Your approved direction starts the seven-business-day build. Review the Brand Starter and homepage, use the included revision round, then continue for $3,500 or stop.

- Pay $500. The non-refundable Starter payment begins the engagement and is credited toward the $4,000 total if you continue.
- Complete one detailed intake. It is emailed promptly after payment and covers both creative preferences and the business information needed for the website. If it remains incomplete after two business days, we follow up.
- Receive five directions. We present five guided concept boards within two business days after receiving the completed intake.
- Choose within one business day. If none fits, one hard reset is included. We meet with you, review examples and your feedback, and then present five replacement directions within two business days.
- Approve one direction. Your written approval starts the seven-business-day production clock.
- Review the delivered Starter. We deliver the completed Brand Starter assets, presentation mockups and working homepage preview.
- Use your included revision round. Send one consolidated list of revisions. Depending on scope, we may take up to three business days to complete and re-deliver them.
- Continue or stop. Continue with the complete build by signing the full scope and paying the remaining $3,500. If you stop, nothing more is due and the temporary homepage preview comes down after the review period.
For this offer, business days are Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Client delays, changed instructions or added scope extend the applicable deadline. Creative work can be collaborative and may require a call or video meeting.
We're not asking you to sign a long-term marketing contract, increase your ad spend or trust a promise about “traffic.” We're asking you to judge Catalyst by the actual work we build for your company.

What exactly do I own after paying $500?
Your finished logo, wordmark, lockups, and vector files; color palette; typography system; business-card design with vector and print-ready files; and the delivered vehicle, polo, ball-cap, and signage mockup images.
What happens to the homepage?
The homepage is a working preview during the $500 phase, not an owned Brand Starter file. We build it with your new branding and host it for 14 days. If you continue, it becomes the foundation of the complete 10-page website. If you stop, the preview comes down.
Is the complete package really $4,000?
Yes, for the first five paid packages. Your $500 applies toward the total, leaving $3,500 if you continue. After five packages have sold at $4,000, the package price increases to $6,000.
What happens if I don't continue?
Nothing further is owed. There is no automatic charge. You keep the completed logo system, colors, typography, business-card files, and mockup images. The homepage preview comes down after 14 days.
What does the complete package include?
A complete brand identity with production-ready source files, business card design, one vehicle wrap design, uniform and embroidery artwork, one signage design, and a 10-page conversion-focused website with an AI customer assistant.
Does the $4,000 include printing, signs, vehicle wraps or uniforms?
No. Catalyst supplies the design and production artwork described in scope. Physical printing, fabrication, garments, wrap production, permitting and installation are separate.
How quickly will I see the work?
After your $500 payment, we email the intake promptly. We deliver five initial raster brand directions within two business days after receiving your completed intake. After you approve one direction in writing, we deliver the completed Brand Starter and working homepage within seven business days. One consolidated revision round is included and may take up to three business days. Sundays do not count as business days. Client-requested changes or delayed information, feedback, or approvals extend the applicable deadline.
Is the $500 refundable?
The $500 is a one-time, otherwise non-refundable purchase because onboarding and creative work begin immediately after payment. If Catalyst cancels, cannot deliver, or misses the applicable delivery promise for reasons within our control and you cancel before the late work is delivered, we refund the $500 in full. Subjective preference after on-time delivery is not a refund basis.
How many brand directions and revisions are included?
After payment and the completed intake, you receive five AI-assisted raster concept boards. They are guided brand directions, not five finished brand packages or usable logo files. If none fits, one guided hard reset, a feedback meeting and five replacement directions are included. After one direction is approved, one consolidated revision round on the delivered Brand Starter is included. Additional exploration or revision rounds require your written approval of a quoted change order.
What happens to the website and AI assistant after the first 30 days?
The $4,000 build includes the first 30 days of hosting and AI-assistant operation after launch. After that, the optional $149/month Care Plan keeps the site hosted, secured, monitored and backed up, and keeps the assistant running. It includes 2,000 replies per month; additional replies are $10 per 500-reply block. The assistant is powered by OpenAI, and Catalyst selects the OpenAI model used. We provide 60 days' written notice before changing AI providers or Care Plan prices, subject to the urgent-provider-change exception in the terms. You can cancel anytime or self-host with your own paid AI-model account.
Do I have to hire Catalyst for ongoing marketing?
No. The $4,000 package includes on-page search optimization during the website build. Ongoing SEO, paid advertising, content, social media, reputation management and other growth services are separate optional purchases from Catalyst. You do not need them to receive or use your completed brand assets or to operate the website under its hosting and license terms.
